A phone power bank is a small device that stores electricity power which can be used anywhere and anytime to charge your mobile phones, and other small devices during power failure.

But sometimes, our phone power bank battery can suddenly stop working or no not last long unlike before. This is due to some bad habits we do everyday.

Draining Your Phone Power Bank till 0%:

One of the things that kills your phone power bank battery is using it till it drains completely. If you always use the power bank frequently until you completely emptied the battery will reduce the battery’s strength gradually. It is better to charge it when the power is low but not zero percent (0%).

Overcharging Your  Phone Power Bank:

Another thing that damages the battery of your power banks is overcharging. If you frequently leave your phone power bank plugged in for too long after it is fully charged, the power bank’s battery will start degrading and get weak overtime.

When charging your power bank, it’s best to unplug it when it reaches 100%.

Frequently Letting Your Phone Power Bank Fall:

Knowingly or unknowingly hitting your phone power bank hard or frequently letting it fall off can spoil or damage it.

When you’re careless about the way you manage or handle your power bank can make it get faulty due falling too many times. This can be an issue and the panel inside might damage.

Using the Wrong Charger:

A wrong charger can also harm to your phone power bank’s battery. Every power bank has a charger that is best suited for it, so… use it. If you use a charger that is too high or too weak, the battery may get damaged in due time. So, it is best to always use the follow-come charger.

Sun and Heat is Bad for Phone Power Bank:

If you’re alway leaving your phone power bank under   the sun or in a hot environment, the battery of your power bank will start to degrade.

This aspect is what people neglect and ignore. Leaving your power bank under the sun or in a hot place can cause issues to the battery.

So, the best is to avoid a hot environment or the power bank overheating.

As a user, the best way to make your power bank last longer is by using the right charger, always keep it cool, and handle it with care.
